Vulture was created sometime in mid 2016.
Initially created as a species of demons set to invade the human population and take over, eventually turned into one character.
After finding another old character called "Zamagliti," Vulture was given a redesign to include Zamagliti's design characteristics. This fused the two characters.
Vulture's design was formerly more human, and he had more humanity to him as well.
